Hanas Group New Structure and Appointment
In view of the expansion and growth of the Hanas New Energy Group, after discussions at the board meeting, the group is being reorganized along 4 lines of business, namely – LNG, Power Generation, Infrastructure, and Real Estate as well as 4 functional lines, these being Group Finance, Group HR, Group IT and Group Strategy & Planning.
At the board meeting Mr. Ma was appointed the Hanas Group CEO.
Today, Mr. Ma Fuqiang, Group CEO, announced the following group level and business units appointments.
- Mr. Michiel MAK, as CEO LNG
- Mr. Ma Fuqiang as Interim CEO Power Generation
- Mr. Wang Yong, as CEO Infrastructure
- Ms. Ren Fenglan, as CEO Real Estate
- Mr. Ma Fuqiang as Interim Group CFO
- Mr. Wang Yong, as Group HR Director
- Mr. Vikas Bhandari, as Group CIO
- Mr. Wang Shaobo as Group Strategy and Planning Director
Also announced was the setup of a Group CEO’s office with Mr. Zhang Yi as Director.
Hong Kong will be group management headquarter.
