Mr. Zhang Yi joined Hanas in April 2011 and has successively served as General Manager of Solar Power Generation Project, General Manager of LNG Heavy Hydrocarbon Reform Project, General Manager of Hanas Energy Development Co., Ltd., Director of Hanas Group Office, Chairman and General Manager of Ningxia Master Real Estate Company Ltd. He is currently Senior Vice President and Head of External Liaisons Department of Hanas Group.

In August 1989, he started to work at Ningxia Hydropower Survey and Design Institute as a technician and technical team leader. During the period from 1992 to 2008, he worked for the General Office of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Government and Office of CPC Committee as Associate Chief Officer, Chief Officer, Deputy Division Director and Director of the Secretariat Division. From 2008 to 2011, he was appointed member of the Party Committee and assistant to the general manager of Ningxia Electric Power Investment Group Company.

Zhang Yi graduated from Wuhan University of Surveying and Mapping Engineering majoring in Engineering Surveying in 1989. He obtained his MBA degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2012.
