Wisdom Pipeline Serving People’s Livelihood—-Shi Taifeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and his entourage，visit the control center of Hanas Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas long-distance pipeline
On November 6, 2018, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Shi Taifeng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of Yinchuan Municipal Party Committee Jiang Zhigang, member of Party Committee Standing Committee, Propaganda Minister and Secretary General Zhao Yongqing, Director of the Autonomous Region Development & Reform Commission Xu Ning and main leaders of the district party committee, government and competent departments visit the control center of Hanas Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas long-distance pipeline, focusing on investigation of the natural gas supply guarantee situation of Hanas this winter and spring, and solving the people’s livelihood demands. Xu Changning, President of Hanas Group, Ren Fenglan and Wang Shaobo, Vice Presidents, and Ma Yong, General Manager of Hanas Gas Group, reported on the scene and accompanied the investigation.
Secretary Shi Taifeng and his entourage firstly listened to the report on the basic situation of Hanas Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline project and got a detailed acquaintance with the difficulties in project construction and the significance of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline for people’s livelihood guarantee and supply. After hearing that the construction team of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline has completed the tasks in one year that three years is needed in the routine construction, Secretary Shi praised Hanas for its great work. He emphasized that ” Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline is the second natural gas source for people’s livelihood guarantee and supply in Ningxia. It can effectively alleviate the natural gas gap in Ningxia after putting into operation, with important political and livelihood significance.”
At the Command Center of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline Smart Platform, after hearing the report on Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline transmission & distribution, control and security systems, Secretary Shi and his entourage affirmed Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline ‘s digitization & intellectualization construction, Hanas’ advanced concepts and meticulous management, and demanded that Hanas team should continue to work hard and play the responsibility and accountability of a livelihood enterprise for Ningxia’s economic and social development.
Subsequently, Secretary Shi and his entourage came to the process area of the control center of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline to on-site learn about the transmission and distribution methods and supply guarantee measures of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline and praised Hanas for daring to be the first. The dual gas source supply guarantee is an important measure to improve people’s livelihood, reduce pollution, adjust structure and promote industrial upgrading; he asked Hanas to play an active role in “gasifying Ningxia” and building interconnection of Ningxia natural gas pipeline network, provide clean energy guarantee for the construction of beautiful New Ningxia with the spirit of timeliness and duty-bound and protect the blue sky and white clouds of Ningxia.
The completion of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline has realized the diversified gas source guarantee for the people’s livelihood in Ningxia. It is the first inter-provincial natural gas pipeline from Inner Mongolia to Ningxia, with great significance on implementation of Ningxia’s “rural revitalization” strategy and integration of urban and rural areas, so that farmers and urban residents can share blue sky & warm home residential environment. In the future, Hanas will bear in mind the Secretary’s instructions and never forget the first intention. With CNPC as the main body and Sinopec gas source of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline as a powerful supplement, it will build a “grand pipeline network” of clean energy in Ningxia to realize interconnection of natural gas infrastructure in the whole region, help regional economic development and build a beautiful new Ningxia.
