The Ningxia section of the Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline of Hanas passed the completion safety acceptance smoothly.
On December 20, 2018, the Ningxia section of the Hanas Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline passed the completion safety acceptance smoothly, which indicates that the Ningxia section of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline project has formally met the safe operation conditions.
On December 20, Liu Peng, Wang Jianhua and Wang Litao, three safety experts from the Autonomous Region, formed a working group to conduct safety acceptance of Hanas Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline project (Ningxia Section). Through rigorous inspection and evaluation on the site safety conditions and completion safety report of the project, the expert group unanimously agreed that the safety management measures for the Ningxia section of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline project were effective, the evaluation report was detailed and rigorous, and no safety defects were found in the project. The Ningxia section of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline was granted to pass the completion safety acceptance.
Successfully passing safety acceptance of the Ningxia section of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline is a milestone both in the safe production management of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline and in project completion acceptance, it indicates that the project has formal operating conditions is a perfect closure for 2018.
The construction of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline always adheres to the “3-highs” management: high starting point planning, high standard construction and high quality requirements. Safety and quality are our lifelines: on November 7, 2018, the process area and building body of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline control center successfully passed the fire control completion acceptance at one time, and obtained the “opinions on fire control acceptance for completion of construction projects”; on November 22, 2018, the Ningxia section of Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline has passed the quality acceptance of Ningxia Quality Supervision Station at one time. On this basis, today, we once again pass the completion safety acceptance with full safety score! These three one-time achievements are due to the nearly stringent process control for safety and quality by Hanas and also due to the responsibility and accountability of personnel in charge of Hanas pipeline to safety and people’s livelihood.
The Hangjin Banner-Yinchuan natural gas pipeline is the first inter-provincial natural gas long-distance transmission pipeline owned by Hanas. It realizes the diversification of natural gas sources for people’s livelihood along the line, benefiting the people and thousands of families in Ningxia and Mongolia. It also achieves interconnection of natural gas infrastructures between Ningxia and Mongolia Autonomous Region, build a bridge between natural gas producing areas and users, further enhances the capacity of emergency storage, distribution and peak regulation of natural gas between the two regions and lays a solid foundation for the development of regional natural gas industry.
In 2018, we drew a perfect end for this year with the full score of “Safety”. In 2019, we will work hard and redouble our efforts to continue to carry forward the spirit of Hanas Pipeline Man, who dares to overcome difficulties and fight hard, to rally strength and create brilliance again.
