State Oceanic Administration held Hanas Putian liquefied Natural gas (LNG) Project Reclamation Marine Environmental Impact Assessment Report Hearing in Putian

December 28, 2016, the State Oceanic Administration commissioned the East China Sea Branch organizing and held the Hanasi Putian liquefied natural gas (LNG) project reclamation land marine environmental impact assessment report hearing in the CMC of Putian City in Fujian Province Meizhou Bay North share Economic Development Zone.The hearing will be attended by relevant departments and leaders of the State Oceanic Administration and the East China Sea Branch, as well as various government departments, neighboring companies, residents of towns and villages, and mariculture households in the project area.

All the delegates expressed their support for the construction of the LNG project in Putian, and agreed that the LNG project is a clean and environmental protection project, which will not affect their living and breeding.The completion of the project can not only optimize the energy structure of Fujian Province, improve people’s life quality and improve the atmospheric environment, but also to enhance the natural gas safety and security supply capacity of Fujian Province and the surrounding areas,and will play an important role in improving the natural gas supply flexibility and safety and reliability.The hearing has achieved complete success under the organization of the State Oceanic Administration.
