Secretary Jiang Zhigang went to Hanas Eastern Thermal Power Plant to conduct investigation and promote the organic integration and co-frequency resonance of Party building and enterprise development
On the morning of November 27, Jiang Zhigang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and secretary of the Yinchuan Municipal Party Committee, investigated the party building work of the non-public economic and social organizations in Xingqing District and came to Hanas East Thermal Power Co., Ltd. for research and guidance. The secretary stressed that it is necessary to give full play to the political leading role of party organizations in enterprise development, carry out party building activities around enterprise production and management, lead & cultivate a positive corporate culture, promote innovation, management and development through Party building, make efforts to achieve mutual promotion, organic integration and co-frequency resonance between production & operation and Party building in non-public enterprises. Zhou Yunfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, participated in the visit. Xu Changning, President of Hanas Group, and Ren Fenglan, Vice President, accompanied the visit.
Secretary Jiang Zhigang looked over the construction of the East Thermoelectric Party and Mass Service Center and got full acquaintance with the development of party building in enterprises. Knowing that in the process of development, the Eastern Thermoelectric Power Co., Ltd. has built 8 functional areas, such as Labor Model Innovation Studio, to give full play to the leading role of Party members and models and promote the healthy and orderly development of enterprise production and operation through Party building, Secretary Jiang stressed that all party members should regularly carry out Party spirit education, party building activities and Party organization life under the leadership of party organizations, further stimulate the roles of party members as a battle fortress and a vanguard model, realize deep integration of party building work and enterprise development and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
Hanas Eastern Thermal Power Plant is a major livelihood project of Yinchuan City through careful consideration by Yinchuan Municipal Committee and Municipal Government in order to meet the demand of Yinchuan City’s urban development for central heating, improve air quality environment of Yinchuan City, promote energy conservation and emission reduction and carry forward the construction of Yinchuan City, an undertaken by Ningxia Hanas Eastern Thermal Power Co., Ltd.
The project is a large-scale combined heat & power generation project with clean energy as fuel to realize urban central heating and power generation, make full use of high-grade heat energy, develop combined heat and power generation, and achieve excellent energy utilization and high environmental protection requirements. The allocation level of main and auxiliary equipment of the project has reached the advanced level of the same kind of power plants in the world. The gas turbine generator unit employs Germany Siemens E-type gas turbine, the steam turbine generator unit adopts the products of Shanghai Electric Group, which is the most powerful in China, and the waste heat boiler is the product of Hangzhou Boiler Group, the leading domestic manufacturer; the important auxiliary equipment, main transformer, start-up and standby transformer of control system, GIS, DCS, etc. are Siemens products.
Comparing with conventional coal-fired projects, the project has the advantages of short construction period, simple equipment, less land occupation, high energy utilization rate and less environmental pollution. Its pollutant emission is far lower than coal-fired power plants, and it does not need huge coal yard and ash yard with its area less than half of conventional power stations and water consumption only one third, thus greatly reducing its impact on the environment.
In the future, according to Yinchuan’s urban planning, thermal power in the eastern part of Yinchuan can bear more than 30 million square meters of heating area. It is the cleanest, environmentally friendly and efficient backbone heat source in Yinchuan, and guards the blue sky of Yinchuan.
