Deputy Party Secretary of Yinchuan Zhou Yunfeng to Hanas LNG plant

On the morning of August 17, 2017, Deputy Party Secretary of Yinchuan Zhou Yunfeng visited Hanas LNG plant for inspection and guidance accompanied by the chief of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Zhao Bo and vice president of Hanas Group Ren Fenglan, Wang Shaobo, Ma Fulu, the plant manager Roeben and production & operation team of Hanas LNG plant.

Mr. Zhou Yunfeng and his delegation visited loading platform, production lines and central control room of the plant and listened to the report about safety in production and operation by Roeben. He highly recognized the achievements of the plant in recent years and agrees with the usage of global top talents and technology to make a quality management team. The effort that the plant makes on the safety in production is praised by Mr. Zhou. He stressed that safety in production was a top priority of company management and a foundation of company steady development, and he hoped that Hanas LNG plant could play an active role in driving local economies.

 

In recent years, Hanas has built up cooperative relations with McKinsey and BCG to promote deeper and wider layout and planning in natural gas area with group’s global strategic vision for the development plan of LNG full value chains and construction of two clean energy centers in Nothwest and Southeast of China.

In 2016, Hanas Natural Gas Group implemented LNG sales of 3.04 million tons, sales income of 7 billion yuan sharing 15.3% of total sales of LNG market. In 2017, it is expected to achieve sales of 3.4 million tons, the income of 10 billion yuan, sharing up to 15.6% of sales accounted, contributing to driving local economy and local energy structure adjustment and industrial transformation, raising the proportion of national natural gas consumption and finally helping with the energy transformation in China.
